1. Service scope

NextFrame provides short image-to-video generation based on uploaded inputs and prompts. Features may evolve over time as the service improves.

2. User content

• You are responsible for the content you upload.
• Illegal or harmful content is prohibited.
• You must have the necessary rights to use uploaded images.

3. Billing and refunds

• The service uses a credit-based system.
• The minimum top-up amount is $5.
• Unused credits can be refunded if requested within 7 days of purchase.
• Used credits are not refundable.

We may request additional information to verify payment details during refund reviews.

4. Service limitations

We may restrict access without prior notice if we detect severe policy violations or service abuse.

5. Limitation of liability

We strive to restore service disruptions promptly, but responsibility may be limited in cases of force majeure.
